She received her yoga certification with Shiva Rae in Venice Beach, California in 2012. She’s led classes in nearly every Athens, Georgia yoga studio, University of Georgia, Georgia Museum of Art, Sweet Olive Farm (yasss goat yoga), beaches, parks, even on the water (paddleboard yoga for the wiiin) and hosts public and private classes in the Athens community and beyond. Now that Zoom is a thing, she done gone global. You may also recognize her from her band Honeychild and countless other musical endeavours in the realms of jazz, reggae, pop, and rock.
